My next post was supposed to be the continuation of the crazy weekend.
I interrupt the previously scheduled program to announce - quite unbelievably - that I actually got a callback from the HBO audition.
I was shaking as I listened to the voicemail.
Here's the kicker. I couldn't go. I had to travel to Minneapolis and Bentonville for my real job.
Sometimes being a responsible adult blows.
I'm not giving up just yet. You may someday see me in the background of True Blood (I hope I get to be a vampire not a victim, that would be so cool)...or a witness being questioned by the police...or just a passerby in some randomly awesome HBO show.
